SJB relies on caring individuals in our community and greatly appreciates their willingness to contribute their valuable time and skills to our organization. We offer several flexible volunteer opportunities throughout the year:
- Ongoing – These volunteer positions are an integral part of our daily operations. Regular hours and days are assigned to maintain consistency for volunteers and the agency alike.
- Occasional – SJB holds several events and activiti
es throughout the year. These volunteer placements generally last only a few hours or days, but volunteer contributions are invaluable to the success of our events.
- Special Projects – These short-term volunteer assignments focus on a specific project, and small groups of volunteers often work in tandem with SJB's staff to complete the project.
- Interns – SJB welcomes college students who must include practical experience as part of their course work. Our staff will work with instructors and students to develop a hands-on experience that satisfies course requirements and the student's interests alike.
