SJB's Infant & Toddler care programs are designed to encourage and stimulate critical early development, because children begin learning and discovering the day they are born. Programs are filled with hands-on activities, singing and small group interaction, all modeled on the RIE (Resource for Infant Educates) philosophy. Special focus is placed on socialization so isolating equipment such as high chairs and baby swings are not used in our centers. To provide the highest standards of care we maintain low ratios of no more than four children to each caregiver. And whenever possible, we consistently match children with the same staff member to ensure the trust and comfort of our smallest clients and their families.
