Early preparedness is the key to success in kindergarten and beyond. Based on the principles of the High/Scope Educational Approach to Learning, SJB gives children aged 2 through pre-K the experiences and academic aptitude they need. Beyond our own specifically designed curricula, we have worked with Head Start since 2003 to offer enhanced preschool services at three of our sites. To date, more than 120 children have benefited from this augmented curriculum. All SJB preschoolers are challenged with fun, hands-on activities and exercises that build important analytical and problem-solving skills so that they enter kindergarten with the foundation and inspiration to learn.
