SJB offers quality, education-based Before & After School care for children in kindergarten through 6th grade, because learning does not just take place in the classroom. Our instructors work closely with teachers to ensure lessons and activities serve as an extension of the learning that takes place in school. With four sites throughout San Jose, all Before & After School programs are DSS/CCL licensed and offer:
- Homework assistance and one-on-one tutoring
- Access to computer labs
- Arts and crafts projects
- Sports and outdoor activities
- Daily breakfast and afternoon snack
Before & After School Care programs are open from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and are conveniently located on school campuses, making it easy for students to transition from one to the other, and providing parents with a single drop-off and pick-up point experience. We also offer one of the only affordable summer programs in the area, complete with regular field trips. This gives children continuity of care and affords parents with less stress and the ability to continue working through the summer months.
