Ana Trujillo has devoted her whole life to enhancing early care and education for children across Santa Clara and San Benito Counties. A dedicated member of SJB's Board of Directors, Ana is well-versed in developing, administering, and monitoring state and federal programs. Driven by a deep calling to improve the lives of children, families, and communities, Ana carries skills based in leadership development, problem-solving, staff development, parent training, and conflict resolution. Ana worked as Director of the Early Learning Services Department for the Santa Clara County Office of Education for 16 years, and before that, served for 20 years as Education/Disabilities Lead Coordinator at the Children Services Department. She is currently working as a consultant for the Los Angeles County Office of Education Head Start and The Institute for Human and Social Development, Inc. San Mateo. Ana enjoys travel and engaging in outdoor activities. She's thrilled to be a part of SJB's leadership team and hopes that her expertise can support the agency in continuing to enhance quality service for children and families.
