GET YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED about SJB's 403(b) Retirement Plan

  • There is no waiting period. You can sign up now!
  • Your contributions are deducted from your paycheck pre-tax and go directly into your retirement account. 
  • After one year of service, SJB matches up to 3% of your contribution to your 403(b). Consider contributing at least enough to get the full match. Don’t miss out!
  • Get the tax benefit. Your contributions are tax-deferred. This means you’re not taxed on the money you’ve put in until you take it out – usually, when you’re retired. And by then, you might be in a lower tax bracket!
  • You want to pay taxes upfront and withdraw without paying taxes at retirement? You can do that too! Just choose a ROTH deferral.
